I lived in Al Habtoor Silicon Oasis Building for some time, and it was more of positive experience. The building is well located within Dubai Silicon Oasis, with supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and other daily essentials just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the quiet and family-friendly atmosphere of the area compared to some busier parts of Dubai. The main downside was the traffic during peak hours when entering or leaving Silicon Oasis, especially on weekdays. Public transport options are also limited, so having a car makes life much easier.
