What makes a good studio in Dubai

The studio market divides cleanly into two categories: buildings designed with studios in mind, and towers that had a bedroom wall removed. The first category is livable. The second is the source of most bad studio reviews on Lived.

  • 01.Layout: a well-designed studio separates the sleeping area from the living space — at minimum with a kitchen counter or half-wall, not a single rectangle with a bed at one end.
