Extremely disappointing experience with Management. Having lived in Dubai for the last 19 years across several apartments, I can confidently say this has been my worst experience with property management. Very poor customer service, unprofessional handling of tenant concerns, lack of transparency, and absolutely no accountability. My entire security deposit was deducted, and even basic requests for payment documentation and clearance remain unresolved despite weeks of follow-ups. Additionally, several apartments have recently been occupied as staff accommodation or shared housing, making the environment less convenient for families. I would strongly NOT recommend this property to anyone, especially families. Think twice before deciding to move here, as you may seriously regret it. A truly disappointing experience from start to finish.

I live in Jassem Building for 1 year, I loved the quiet serenity vibes the community offers. The neighborhood is a great place to live if you want to escape the noise and buzz of the city.

However the building management and the overall quality of the building and its amenities are rather poor. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you have it on good authority that things are better now. Hope this helps someone!
