Dubai South (formerly Dubai World Central) is a vast 145-square-kilometer master-planned community strategically developed around Al Maktoum International Airport. Envisioned as a self-sustaining city within Dubai, it integrates residential, commercial, logistics, aviation, and leisure districts to support both modern living and global trade. The area is home to mixed-use developments such as Majestique Residences, which offer affordable yet contemporary apartments within a growing urban hub. Designed to attract businesses and residents alike, Dubai South features parks, schools, retail, and community facilities, while its proximity to major highways ensures strong connectivity to other parts of Dubai. Though still developing, with some districts under construction, it is considered one of the city’s most promising areas for long-term investment due to its affordability, strategic location, and future potential as an economic and lifestyle hub.
