Bay Central (Central Tower)
Bay Central’s Central Tower is a landmark 47–50-storey residential high-rise in Dubai Marina, developed by Select Group (in collaboration with Dubai Civil Engineering and the National Engineering Bureau) and completed in 2012. It is one of three towers in the Bay Central complex two residential (Central and West) and one hotel (the InterContinental Dubai Marina in the East Tower) The Central Tower offers 747 residences across the residential towers, including studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as 4–5 bedroom penthouses with panoramic Marina and Arabian Gulf views
