Ideal for Work Trips, Though Not Without Flaws
I stayed at DAMAC Maison Privé for a little over six months while working in Dubai, and overall it was a good place to live. The biggest advantage is the location in Business Bay, it's just a few minutes from Downtown, DIFC, and major business hubs, making daily commutes very convenient. That said, the building isn't perfect. Since many apartments are rented as short-term holiday homes, there can be a constant flow of tourists, so it doesn't always feel like a quiet residential building. Management and reception service can be inconsistent, and there were times when maintenance requests or access card issues took longer than expected to resolve. While my apartment was clean and comfortable, I noticed that some common areas could be better maintained.
