Marina101

Marina 101 is a 425 m, 101-storey mixed-use tower in Dubai Marina. Completed in late 2017, its lower 33 floors are occupied by a 5-star Hard Rock Hotel (with 281 rooms), while floors 34–100 contain 252 1-BR, 204 2-BR, and 42 3-BR apartments, plus six duplex penthouses. It also includes a rooftop club lounge and restaurant on the 101st floor. The building’s steel-and-glass design emphasizes natural light and striking Marina views.
