The location is great and very convenient. The building is very tall and offers impressive views, making it a unique place to live. It’s definitely a spot to consider if you enjoy high-rise living and the surrounding area. Overall, it’s a good option for anyone who enjoys high-rise living and beautiful city views

Great location but building is old

Living here is honestly very mixed. The location is amazing — you’re right in Marina and everything is walking distance. Views are insane, especially from higher floors. But the building itself feels old and overcrowded. Elevators are a nightmare during peak hours, and sometimes you wait forever. There are also too many short-term rentals and random people coming in and out, so it doesn’t feel very private or secure. Some apartments are poorly maintained, and you can tell the building hasn’t aged well. Overall: great location, but the building quality doesn’t match the hype.
