Not to be confused with the project of the same name in Downtown Dubai, The Residences (RBC Tower) is located in Business Bay. It lies next to the novel canal-side development that features floating villas at Marasi Marina. Being located at this prime waterfront location, The Residences at Business Central have proximity to Burj Khalifa and a number of other prestigious developments. The project that was proposed in 2007 and was ready by 2013. Making a total of 23 floors, The Residences at Business Central includes three podium levels and 19 top floors apart from the ground floor. The recreational area is spread across the podium’s rooftop which is delightfully landscaped. The luxury amenities of The Residences at Business Central ranges from leisure spots to health club facilities. These include gymnasium, swimming pool, barbeque stations, an outdoor play area for kids, a retail section on the ground floor and parking facility for residents as well as visitors.
