- Is commuting from Palm Jumeirah practical?
- Car-dependent, yes. The Palm Monorail connects to the Gateway Mall and Atlantis but not to the Metro. Rush hour traffic on the Palm itself can add 20–40 minutes to any journey. Most Palm residents work in Media City, JLT, or DIFC to keep commutes manageable.
- Are Palm Jumeirah villas good value?
